Terms of service

The service

Reeve is back-office software for trade-service businesses. Today the Service helps you capture leads and inquiries, schedule visits, build and send estimates, collect client approvals, track jobs, and prepare invoices. We add and change features over time, and the Service is offered as it exists at the time you use it.

Waitlist and early access

Joining the waitlist registers your interest; it does not create an account or guarantee access to the Service. Any pricing shown on our website is indicative, is provided for information only, and is not an offer to sell. We will confirm availability and pricing before you are onboarded.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service in violation of any applicable law or regulation;
• Send messages to recipients who have not provided the required consent;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service; or
• Upload content that infringes the rights of others or that you do not have the right to provide.

Your data

You retain ownership of the business and customer data you enter into the Service. You grant us the rights necessary to host and process that data to provide the Service. You are responsible for obtaining any consents required for the information you collect from your own clients, including consent to receive text messages.

Fees

When paid plans become available, fees, billing periods, and any free trial will be presented to you before you subscribe. Nothing on the website is purchasable at this time.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by Y's Ventures, LLC and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights in the Service except the limited right to use it.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Y's Ventures, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
