Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Information you provide. When you join our waitlist we collect your email address and, if you choose to share it, your company name. When you create an account we collect your name, email, and the business information you enter. When you set up texting, we collect the business details mobile carriers require to register your business, such as your legal name, tax ID, and website.
• Billing information. When you subscribe, your payment details are collected and processed by our payment processor, Stripe. We receive only limited details, such as the card brand, the last four digits, and whether a payment succeeded. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Business and customer data. When you use the Service you may enter information about your own clients, properties, jobs, estimates, and communications. You control this data; we process it on your behalf, as your service provider, to provide the Service. If you are a client of a business that uses Reeve, that business decides how your information is used; please contact them with questions or requests, and we will help them respond.
• Usage and device data. We collect standard log and device information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed) to operate and secure the Service.
• Cookies. We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in and to understand how the Service is used.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
• Respond to waitlist signups and communicate with you about access;
• Send operational messages, such as appointment, estimate, and job updates you or your business request;
• Monitor, secure, and troubleshoot the Service; and
• Comply with legal obligations.

Text messaging and mobile information

If you opt in to receive text (SMS) messages, we use your mobile phone number solely to send the messages you have consented to receive. See our SMS/Messaging Terms for details, including how to opt out.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers. With vendors who help us operate the Service, under contracts that limit their use of the information to providing services to us. These include our hosting and database providers, our email and texting providers, our payment processor (Stripe), mapping services, and error monitoring.
• Carrier registration. When a business sets up texting, we share its business details with our texting provider, The Campaign Registry, and mobile carriers, as they require to register the business to send texts.
• Legal. When required to comply with applicable law or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the Service.
• Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the commitments in this policy.

As noted above, text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with third parties for any purpose.

Data retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service and for legitimate business or legal purposes. When a business cancels, we keep its data for 60 days so it can export it or come back, and may delete it after that, except where the law requires us to keep it. You may request deletion of your information as described below.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at support@joinreeve.com. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.

Children's privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
